What started as a small, four-bay shop founded by husband-and-wife team Erby and his wife has grown into a full-service, 12-bay automotive repair facility equipped with heavy-duty lifts and a dedicated alignment rack. While we've expanded over the years, our commitment to helping every customer who walks through our doors hasn’t.
Erby's passion for automotive repair began long before E&R Automotive opened. He studied mechanics through vocational courses before serving in the military, where he worked on tanks and other military equipment. After his service, he spent six years as a mechanic for the City of Midland, building his technical expertise while also teaching fellow technicians about vehicle computers and sensor systems. That experience laid the foundation for the advanced diagnostic capabilities our shop continues to offer today.
Today, E&R Automotive remains proudly family and veteran-owned and operated. The next generation is actively involved in continuing the business and serving our customers. Andrew specializes in computer programming, module reflashing, and electrical troubleshooting. Erby Junior, better known as Junior, manages the front office as our service writer.
